Abstract

The ground-to-air (G2A) channel of Unmanned Arial Vehicle (UAV) is an important link of information transmission between UAV and ground stations. UAV's G2A channel plays an important role in communication performance of UAV. Based on OFDM multi-carrier modulation system, this paper emulates the rice UAV channel model and the Modified C. Loo channel model to study the effect of path loss fluctuation of UAV communication by evaluating BER. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the faster the UAV moves, the faster the path loss fluctuates, and the greater the interference of UAV communication signal has.
