Abstract

The quality criteria of car parts, vehicles and road-building machines are analyzed from the point of view of efficiency. The interrelations between the quality criteria and the functionality of the part are established. New parameters are proposed in the form of coefficients describing the roughness, hardness and slant of the part. The purpose of introducing these coefficients is consistent with the model being developed for choosing the optimal technology for restoring parts of cars, vehicles and road construction machines. Keywords: automobile, vehicle, road construction machine, hardness isotropy coefficient, technological roughness isotropy coefficient
