Abstract

A detailed local, narrowly directed impact of industrial premises emission generators on air pollution in the metalwork and welding division sectors of Voronezh Aircraft Production Association (Voronezh joint-stock aircraft manufacturing company) has been carried out. It has been found that the greatest contribution to the overall background of the polluting components accumulation in quantitative terms is made by 2 sites: sandblasting and gas welding, which are distinguished by a greater technogenic load. It has been noted that the sector of Ti plasma cutting and alloys based on it, which has potential equipment according to the work regulations, is distinguished by the variety of components allocated. The quantitative assessment of gross and maximum one-time emissions in the sectors of the locksmith and welding division of basic polluting components has been implemented. A boundary with the permissible concentration NO2 value has been fixed in the gas welding sector and it is desirable to update the working zone air cleaning systems. We assume that there is a need for modernization and that an increased amount of polluting components emissions in the working zone is possible due to the existing technological regulations and equipment that requires modernization.
