Abstract
The increase proportion of renewable energy system in power system causes stability problems in power system. Aiming at solving stability problems, this paper firstly proposes a generalized modeling method for grid-following and grid-forming converters, and uses impedance measurement to verify the accuracy of the model in the complex frequency domain. Secondly, the impedance models are used to analyze the stability of the single-bus system under different working conditions, especially the influence of grid parameters on system stability. Then, the stability of the two-bus system containing different types of converters is analyzed, and the most stable system configuration and control scheme are obtained. The influence of line impedance on the stability of the two-bus system is analyzed. Finally, the accuracy of the model and theoretical analysis is verified by simulation.
