Abstract

To improve the output performance of the energy harvester, an I-L shaped magnetic coupling composite piezoelectric energy harvester (I-L MCCPEH) is constructed by introducing nonlinear magnetic force. A mathematical model is established and an experimental platform is built. Adjusting the distance between two magnets to change the output characteristics of I-LMCCPEH. Compare experiments and simulations to verify the correctness of the mathematical model. The results show that under the resonant frequency of 18.4 Hz, when the excitation acceleration is 0.2 g and the horizontal distance of the two magnets is 20 mm. the maximum output power is 1.2 mW.
