Abstract
This paper studies the coordinated reactive power control strategy of the combined system of new energy plant and energy storage station. Firstly, a multi time scale model of reactive power voltage control for energy storage power station and flexible new energy connected to AC/DC hybrid power grid is established. The reactive power voltage control system of energy storage power station and flexible new energy connected to AC/DC hybrid power grid is divided into current control time scale, reactive power control time scale, and reactive power command dispatching control time scale. Then, the reactive power voltage coordinated control strategy for the energy storage power station and the flexible new energy connected to the AC/DC hybrid power grid is proposed. Finally, the time domain simulation model of the combined system of new energy plants and energy storage power plants is established, and the multi time scale reactive power voltage coordination control strategy of connecting energy storage power plants and flexible new energy to AC/DC hybrid power grid is verified in the time domain simulation. The simulation results show that the proposed reactive power voltage coordinated control strategy has good dynamic characteristics and voltage stability.
