Abstract

The development of students’ abilities to give birth to human resources, which have high competitiveness, is now being carried out. Therefore, now the government is trying to develop the teaching system in schools and campuses. One of the most popular campus programs is the MBKM abroad program, in this program, many students fail due to language unpreparedness, and intellectual, emotional and spiritual skills. This research uses a quantitative approach using the Smart PLS analysis tool. The data used amounted to 1,792 respondents. The results showed a significant influence of intellectual achievement on student participation in the MBKM Luar Negeri program. There is an influence of emotional skills on student participation in the MBKM Abroad program.
