Abstract

This paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the pneumatic rear axle module assembly, and use AMESim software simulation to get the characteristics of the pressure rear axle module assembly. The test system is used to complete the testing of the static, response and adjustment functions of the pneumatic rear axle module assembly. The actual test curves and analysis results are compared with the AMESim simulation results to verify the accuracy of the simulation model and complete the optimization of the model. Provide data support for the preliminary design and later structural optimization of the pneumatic rear axle module assembly.
