Abstract

The simulation model of pneumatic rear axle module assembly is established by using AMESim software. Apply the AMESim structural simulation model of pneumatic rear axle module assembly, The simulation analysis shows that the specific effects on the static, dynamic, response and regulation functions of the pneumatic rear axle module assembly, by changing the model structure of the control piston diameter, intake valve piston diameter, exhaust valve piston diameter, return spring stiffness and exhaust valve spring stiffness. Provide data support for the preliminary design and later structural optimization of the pneumatic rear axle module assembly.
