Abstract

MOCVD growth of epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7 high Tc superconducting films containing BaZrO3 and BaCeO3 nanosized inclusions is described. It is shown that inclusions grow epitaxially within the matrix of YBCO superconductor. The introduction of optimal quantity of BaZrO3 and BaCeO3 inclusions improves the transport critical current density of superconducting films in external magnetic field up to 1T
