Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the influence of the online assessment mobile app as a methodological strategy to improve the learning of university students. This mobile app was developed through the Scrum methodology and coding through the Flutter framework with the Bloc design pattern on the front-end side and on the back-end side the Frameword Flask-Python was used, achieving the schematization of the software architecture. The problem is the deficiency in the learning of university students in mathematics subjects, of which this computer solution was used by students as a complement in the content of the subject, achieving effective feedback through online assessment tests and for teachers, it was considered as a methodological strategy to complement in the achievement of competence. The research design was quasi-experimental and the type was applied, the population was conformed by the 2 sections of the subject of mathematics through a pretest and a posttest using data collection tool to achieve reach the results and validate the respective hypotheses considering the result that there are significant differences (results of the input and output evaluation (p<005) being higher the mean of the Post Test (p = 0. 000) in learning and in its dimensions such as declarative, procedural and attitudinal after the student used the mobile application. Finally, we conclude that the use of the mobile application based on the Flutter framework improves the learning of university students.
