Abstract
The design of infrared ear thermometer based on medical digital infrared sensor MLX90615 was presented. According to infrared temperature measurement principle,the design mainly consisted of digital infrared sensor,low power consuption CPU unit,LCD display and other external circuit. The CPU unit read infrared ray siginal collected by MLX90615 through I2C bus,converted the digital signal to corresponding temperature of ear cavity and showed in LCD display. The experiment showed that the resolution and accuracy of the design reached 0.02 ℃ and 0.1 ℃,and achieved the goal to measure ear cavity accurately and rapidly.
