Abstract
A service oriented method is presented to the mission planning integrating in the context of UAVSEE which is a System-of-Systems (SoS) simulation environment for Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs). The architecture of UAVSSE is introduced, and an integrating framework based on SOA (service oriented architecture) is designed to integrate common mission planning for the simulated vehicle and ground control system in UAVSEE. Mission planning module is abstracted as a service, and encapsulated as common mission planning service through Web Services technology. Planning function can be dynamically integrated in simulation without changing other systems, and one planning system simultaneously can serve multi vehicles and ground control systems in simulation. At last, related technologies are demonstrated through prototype simulation system. The experimental result shows that service oriented integrating of mission planning will provide more efficient and effective integrating ability for UAVs simulation.
