Abstract
ABSTRACT Pulmonary valve replacement is one of the most common indications for reoperation in adults with congenital heart disease. Finding an alternative to repeat median sternotomy may facilitate recovery and shorten hospital stay. We present our technique of left anterior minithoracotomy for pulmonary valve replacement.
