Abstract

The article shows the defectiveness of the court ruling that a person who completed the military preparatory service is entitled to a compensatory cash benefit. The author formulates the opposite conclusion, pointing to errors in the interpretation of legal provisions made by the court. The importance of the case is of main topic for public administration bodies adjudicating on the payment of the cash benefit in question.
