Abstract

Recent studies have reported conflicting evidence regarding the survival benefit of endovascular repair compared with open repair of complex abdominal aortic aneurysms (cAAAs). However, these studies were composed of cohorts with a median age >70 years. In the present study, we examined the midterm survival after endovascular vs open repair of cAAAs, stratified by age.
