Abstract

AbstractTwo measurement techniques to measure the conductivity of carbon veil sample, a new composite conductive material, are presented: the parallel plate cavity resonator method and the waveguide measurement method. Comparison between results obtained by these two methods is provided and an uncertainty analysis performed for both measurement methods. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
