Abstract

This paper considers the dependence of electrical conductivity of a graphite-based composite material on the size, polydispersity, shape and orientation of the graphite particles. The study reveals that these factors exert a significant effect on the conductivity of composite materials. It also shows that Ukrainian graphites can be used for manufacturing lithium-ion battery electrodes and composite screens to provide shielding against electromagnetic radiation.
