Abstract

In this paper, new replication process for microstructures using soft lithography was introduced. The process is composed of three procedures: master pattern fabrication, elastomeric mold fabrication, and final pattern fabrication. Three microfabrication techniques, including a dicing process, an etching process, and a microstereolithography process were applied to the fabrication of master patters. Silicone rubbers were used as the material for an elastomeric mold, and three materials, including a glass paste, an epoxy resin, and bismuth alloys were transferred onto a substrate as final patterns.
