Abstract

In this paper, the author shows that the necessity of guaranteeing electric drive capacity for emergency operation caused the choice of a microprocessor control system of the brushless DC motor with the supply of each phase from an individual power converter. Microprocessor control systems of the electric drive allow one to obtain high static precision, time stability and electronic anticounter measures, that are practically inaccessible to analog systems. Control systems acquire new properties, such as flexibility, adaptivity, ability for the solution of the complicated calculating and logical problems and self-diagnostics.
