Abstract

Arthroscopic microfracture has a long history of successful use of treating osteochondral defects within the knee. This procedure has not been previously described for use in wrist arthroscopy. The purpose of this study is to identify if the microfracture procedure is a viable treatment modality for osteochondral lesions within the lunate due to ulnar impaction syndrome.
