Abstract

Summary A method for routine microdetermination of fluorine in organic compounds is described, using hot-flask combustion and a fluoride-specific electrode for direct measurement of fluoride concentration. The accuracy of the method meets the requirements of microelemental analysis, and it has the great advantage of simplicity and rapidity.
