Abstract

The article discusses methods for increasing the value of an enterprise through innovation. Project management models and managers' participation in their formation are studied. Methods of active search for ideas, both in group and individual terms, are investigated. The method of generating ideas — group brainstorming, as well as an alternative method — «brainwriting», which includes several tools. Their strengths and weaknesses are revealed. The process of sorting ideas using the clustering method is described. The necessity of having these tools in organizations is justified.
