Methods of assessing the clusters functioning effectiveness

Abstract

This article is devoted to the search for approaches that will allow to evaluate the effectiveness of the functioning of clusters. The paper analyzes some existing models for evaluating the performance of clusters. A system of balanced indicators was proposed to assess the effectiveness of cluster entities. Using the example of the Ulyanovsk automobile cluster, the performance indicators of the industrial organizations that make up it were calculated. The necessity of taking into account the industry affiliation of the cluster is determined.
