Abstract

The article analyzes the existing systems of measuring the efficiency of supply chains and proposes a new approach based on a combination of methods for measuring the company's total cost and a balanced system of indicators. The integrated approach proposed in this paper summarizes the indicators of assessing the efficiency of supply chain operation in a complex system that meets the long-term business development strategies of the needs of customers and the needs of society. In it performance indicators first, take into account the impact of all business processes on operating costs, working capital and long-term assets of the supply chain, and secondly, the development of relations with customers, the effectiveness of personnel management and the level of information systems development. To implement an integrated approach to developing key performance indicators, the system combines financial and non-financial, qualitative and quantitative indicators that reflect the state and prospects of the company in a comprehensive and balanced way.
