Abstract

Abstract—The results of experimental studies are presented on the spectral composition of pulsed X-ray radiation and electron emission of a micropinch plasma in a wide 1–300 keV energy range. Studies were conducted on a “low inductive vacuum spark” apparatus at various discharge currents. The results we obtained make it possible to determine the effect of the discharge current on the spectral composition of X-ray radiation and the electron emission of a micropinch plasma.
