Abstract

The article presents the content of a technique professio-nal-applied physical preparation of dental students on the basis of precise movement, under static and dynamic nature of the work by hand. The basis of the exercise methods laid accounting features of professional work of practicing dentists from the perspective of spatial and dynamic characteristics of the motor action, ergonomic working postures, the presence of local muscle fatigue and analysis of the risk of occupational diseases. Presented exercise techniques are classified on the basis of the focus based on the degree of involvement of muscle groups, as well as the nature of muscular activity. Identified and ranked medical manipulations requiring display of precision hand movements. The results of the testing, which show improved spatial accuracy of arm movements and 10% accuracy rates of movement when using the professional tools by 18%.
