Abstract

The сalculation and construction of a structural scheme of a cylindrical milling cutter with different pitch and non-uniform angle of inclination of teeth, with increased vibration resistance, are considered. The dependence of the forced oscillation frequency of the milling cutter on the milling modes, pitch and inclination angle of the teeth is obtained, which makes it possible to study the vibration resistance of the milling cutter in comparison with a non-uniform pitch milling cutter with a constant inclination angle of the teeth. The "resistance" of the studied cutter to resonances arising during milling is shown.
