Abstract

The purpose of the work. The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for evaluating the process of occupational safety training management at the enterprise. The relevance of the work. The relevance of the chosen research topic is due to the fact that the process of managing the training of employees in occupational safety at the enterprise is necessary to create safe working conditions in the workplace. The effectiveness of the organization of any production process depends on the correctness of the assessment of the process of occupational safety training management. Very often, in many enterprises, the process of managing occupational safety training is carried out only formally, on paper, without proper training, which leads to an increase in injuries and occupational diseases of workers at work. In this regard, the author identified the need to develop a methodology for evaluating the process of occupational safety training management at the enterprise. The method or methodology of the work. The research is based on a general scientific methodology, which provides for the application of a systematic approach to solving the problems of evaluating the process of occupational safety training management at the enterprise using the cognitive modeling method. Results. In this paper, the problems of evaluating the process of occupational safety training management at the enterprise were analyzed. That is why it becomes an important task to develop a methodology for evaluating the process of occupational safety training management at the enterprise. The paper considers a method of cognitive modeling of complex organizational and technical systems designed for analysis and decision-making in uncertain situations based on modeling subjective perceptions of experts by constructing cognitive maps to identify the structures of cause-and-effect relationships between elements of systems and assessing the consequences as a result of exposure to these elements or changes in the nature of relationships. Based on the results of the data analysis of the evaluation of the process of occupational safety training management at the enterprise, a list of factors-concepts characterizing the system was determined, as well as a justification of the list of factors and causality relationships was carried out and the nature of the relations of the influence of the selected factors on each other was revealed by an expert survey. The values of the causality relation between the individual concepts of the map are determined and a fuzzy cognitive map is constructed. Based on the conducted cognitive modeling of the process of organizing occupational safety training management at the enterprise, integral system indicators were obtained and a methodology for evaluating the process of occupational safety training management at the enterprise was developed. In addition, the paper analyzes the results of modeling the evaluation of the process of organizing the management of occupational safety training at the enterprise: the levels of influence of the system and the selected 16 concepts on each other are revealed; it is revealed that if, when modeling the level of occupational safety training, taking into account all factors, the result is positive, then the level of training will increase. The scope of the results. The results of the study can be used to evaluate the process of occupational safety training management at industrial enterprises in general, and at small and medium-sized enterprises in particular. Conclusions. In general, all of the above will lead to an improvement in the assessment of the occupational safety training management process at industrial enterprises.
