Abstract

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the existing tools for implementing controls in the innovative development of an educational organization. The stages of the theory of management of innovation processes, as well as the main approaches are considered. Macro, meso and microfactors of the formation of an individual learning trajectory are highlighted. The main directions of the implementation of the individual educational trajectory are determined. The features of innovative activity in the pedagogical sphere are characterized. The introduction of methodology and methodological tools in the process of introducing innovative processes in the field of education is substantiated.
