Abstract

Methodical approaches to the allocation of oil and gas accumulation zones on the example of the Timan-Pechora oil and gas province (OGP). - ЗАГОЛОВОК The Timan-Pechora OGP principles of allocation and characterization of zones of oil and gas accumulation are proved. The factors influencing formation of zones of oil and gas accumulation are analyzed, one of the most important is the factor of existence of an accumulation zone, during periods of the most intense generation. Within the main oil and gas complexes of the Timan-Pechora OGP, there are 209 oil and gas accumulation zones that were allocated and a preliminary assessment of the potential resource of perspective oil and gas accumulation zones was realized. Allocation of oil and gas accumulation zones by choosing genetically and morphologically similar objects of search works within (mega-) oil and gas complexes and quantitative estimation of forecast resources of oil and gas of several (mega -) complexes in aggregate allow to form purposeful and effective programs of geological studying of oil and gas perspective lands.
