Abstract
In article the important component of any enterprise – personnel risk is considered. Understanding as personnel risk of threat and loss, connected with activity of the personnel and its inaction, the methodical approach to an assessment of personnel risks of the enterprise based on calculation of an integrated indicator of personnel risk of the enterprise is offered. The integrated indicator of personnel risk of the enterprise represents average the importance of influences of different types of personnel risks. Proceeding from value of an integrated indicator of personnel risk of the enterprise the scale of an assessment of level of personnel risk allowing to estimate force of influence of personnel risks, probability of their manifestation and the recommended actions for management of personnel risks is offered. The offered approach to an assessment of personnel risks of the enterprise is one of stages of a control system of personnel risks of the enterprise. Classification of personnel risks of the enterprise for separate components of a personnel management system is offered: the risks connected with hiring of the personnel; the risks connected with behavior of the personnel; the risks connected with activity of the personnel; the risks connected from qualification of the personnel; the risks arising at dismissal of the personnel. Taking into account the carried-out analysis the key factors influencing the level of personnel risks of the enterprise are allocated: inefficient system of hiring of the personnel, shortcomings of system of labor protection and safety measures of the enterprise, shortcomings of the regulating documents on work with the personnel. Approbation of the offered approach is carried out on the example of the oil company PJSC ANC Bashneft. By results of calculations average extent of risk-taking of the company in the field of the personnel is established. Taking into account the carried-out analysis the key directions of decrease in personnel risks of the enterprise are allocated: development of system of training of the personnel and improvement of system of motivation and stimulation of the personnel.
