Abstract

AbstractHow to build a more accurate prediction model of customer equity value is an important concern in the customer equity area. With rough set theory, the key factors impact customer equity value are recognized from the possible factors of customer equity value which are listed by experts, managers etc. It can help to increase the quality of prediction model of customer equity value.
