Abstract

By learning from past articles about customer equity of domestic and foreign scholars, we make the study of evaluation index system about aviation industry's customer equity value. First of all, the paper analyzed the characteristics of the airline's customers, combined the research results of related literature, then proposed the evaluation index aviation industry's customer equity value. And then determined the value of each index by the use of AHP method, established the evaluation index system of customer equity value. Finally, used the index system to assess the customer equity value of the airline. The results show that the index system can reflect the company's customer equity comprehensively and scientifically, its data is easy to get, so the index system has a good practical value.
