Abstract

For the development and analysis of Flurbiprofen (FBP) loaded Eudragit L100 nanoparticles the Central composite design (CCD), a response surface methodology, was used for optimization the HPLC process. The desired method development was made on the HPLC gradient System with auto injector. A stationary phase, composed of C18 (AGILENT) with a sample size of 20µl and a particle size of 5µl, was included in the method. The column size was 4.6 × 250 mm with temperature 22.5 °C at 247 nm was detected by the analytes. Acetonitrile (ACN): Methanol (MeOH): 0.05% ortho phosphoric acid in water (82.5: 5: 12.5) with a pH value of 3. The linearity, precision, accuracy, repeatability, recovery, robustness, and ANOVAs test, the approach mentioned was validated with good results and coefficient correlation (R2) 0.994. Its acceptance conditions were met with the outcome of each parameter.
