Abstract
The article provides a literary review on the redistribution of route networks, and also shows the possibilities of applying different approaches to the redistribution of route networks of SPB GUP "Passazhiravtotrans" from the point of view of opening a new bus fleet. The author substantiates the importance of using mathematical modeling in general for this purpose and modeling based on the concept of machine learning and the "digital twin", in particular, as perspective.
