Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a method of public administration of social processes based on the connection of triads. The system model is based on the concept of a system and represents a set of concepts (objects, concepts) and a set of connections between them that form a single whole. This unity can be represented both in a hierarchical and multi-connected, as well as in a triadic form. The structural model is the very first step towards specifying the structure of the system. A structural model is a system model in which integrity is specified. The proposed system concept of achieving the goal through the construction of sequentially connected triads as elementary systems covers all the most important stages of organizational actions, combining them into a single system with feedback. This approach reduces the uncertainty in solving the tasks of choosing different options during the construction of intermediate objects. From the point of view of this approach, the optimization of the path to achieving the goal lies in the development and improvement of each triad. In general, system thinking in the form of triads contributes to the generation of new triads related to each other, which confirms the logical sequence and continuity of the system thinking process. Systemic thinking in the form of triads contributes to the generation of new interrelated triads, which confirms the logical sequence and continuity of the system thinking process.
