Abstract
The object of the research is automated troop control systems. Investigated problem: The experience of operations (combat operations) of recent years shows the growing role of information influence measures on the systems of collection, processing and transmission of special purpose information and decision-making officials. Automated command and control systems (АССS) allow combining a large number of information-gathering (intelligence) and weapons of various levels into a single information-control circuit. This allows significantly reducing the cycle of information-gathering, fire-destruction of the enemy with weapons, control of the results of fire-destruction, target designation, and target distribution between weapons. The most promising option for increasing the efficiency of functioning of automated command and control systems (and as a consequence the efficiency of automated command and control systems) is to increase the efficiency of processing various types of data in them according to certain indicators (criteria). The main scientific results: The study proposes a method for assessing the efficiency of processing different types of data in АССS. The essence of this method lies in the possibility of simultaneous assessment of the efficiency of processing different types of data circulating in АССS. This allows us to obtain an unambiguous assessment of the efficiency of processing various types of data in АССS. The area of practical use of the research results: It is advisable to use the proposed scientific results when conducting research and development works on the creation of АССS, development of software for processing various types of data. Innovative technological product: technology for evaluating the efficiency of processing diverse data in АССS.
