Abstract
A method is proposed for determining the elastic constants — instantaneous modulus of elasticity, Poisson's ratio, shear modulus, bulk modulus, and the shear and volume influence functions — the shear creep kernel, the shear creep rate kernel, and the corresponding relaxation kernels from the data of creep or relaxation tests.
