Abstract

According to the problem of measuring the full speed of rocket sled test by radar, a method of measuring the full speed of rocket sled test based on acceleration sensor is proposed.By means of low-pass filtering and skid processing method, the interference signal influence during the measurement of acceleration sensor is reduced, and the bidirectional zero speed compensation algorithm is adopted to eliminate the error accumulation in the speed calculation process, and the timedomain numerical integration is adopted for the processed acceleration signal. The overall velocity of rocket sled is consistent with that of Eddy current sensor. The acceleration signal after data processing is consistent with the actual operation of the sled. This method is applied to the acceleration signal during rocket sled test, which not only realizes the full speed measurement of rocket sled, but also provides data support for the analysis of the resistance during rocket sled operation.
