Abstract

The technique presented in the article makes it possible to calculate the motion parameters of a vehicle with a buffer energy source, i.e. having a hybrid engine. The methodology is based on the initial data on the movement cycle. The low speed section of the WLTC test cycle is used as an example. The mass, rolling coefficient, cross-sectional area and other characteristics of the vehicle are also set. Power calculation allows you to determine the initial data on the change in the power of the power plant of the vehicle. The result of the influence of the energy storage capacity on the fuel efficiency of an M1 category car is presented. Keywords: vehicle, energy storage, energy calculation, mathematical model, hybrid engine
