Abstract

Alice in Wonderland Syndrome (AIWS) - a disorientating neurological state, which manifests itself in the violated visual perception by the person of his body or individual parts, violating the "body scheme": macrosomatognosia (body sensation as larger) and micromatognosia (like smaller). A person can also experience other sensations of sizes, such as microbia, macrossy, pelopsy or teleoptsia. There may be a distortion of the size of other sensory modalities.
