Abstract

The article dwells on the processes of VT6 titanium alloy metallization by electron rubbing, electroplating, and electro spark alloying. The technology of surface preparation of titanium alloys before electron rubbing and galvanic metallization has been improved due to the use of a single universal electrolyte of electron rubbing and copper plating. The author describes the prospects of using multilayer coatings obtained by electro spark alloying and electron rubbing. A technology for producing coatings on titanium alloys with high adhesion and excellent solderability has been developed.
