Abstract

In the current study, two new transition metal-organic coordination polymers (CPs) with the chemical formula of [Cu(L)(OBA)(H2O)]n (1) and [Co(L)(OBA)]n (2) (H2OBA = 4,4(L)(OBA)]dy, two new traL = 1,4-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)-2-butylene) were synthesized under solvothermal reaction conditions by using different metal centers as the nodes, which results in the structural differences in the as-prepared products although the same organic ligands are used. For the acute kidney injury treatment, their treatment activity on the acute kidney injury was evaluated and the related mechanism was explored at the same time. First of all, the ELISA detection kit was performed to determine the content of the neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (Nagl) in the urine after compounds 1 and 2 treatment. Besides, the real-time RT-PCR was conducted and the relative expression of the jak and stat in the glomerular epithelial cells was measured as well.
