Abstract

More intensive processes of protein and carbohydrate-lipid metabolism were revealed in Karachaev goats. With an increase in the number of lactation in the blood of Nubian goats, the level of protein, glucose and cholesterol increased, and Karachaev goats – urea and triglycerides. The milk of both breeds was characterized by a high content of fat, protein, casein, with a greater amount of them in the milk of Karachaev goats.
