Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of predictive nursing in elderly patients with dementia in China by Meta analysis. Methods By using database retrieval, literature was selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and data were extracted and evaluated.Stata12.0、Revman 5.0 software was used for Meta analysis, and different methods were used for different objects. Results A total of 11 documents were included.The total sample size was 688.Meta analysis showed the effect of for predictive nursing on the quality of life (QOLAD) of Alzheimer's patients in China, χ2=557.76(df=7), P 0.1 and I2=0%.The effect of each study was consistent with the fixed effect mode, the publication bias funnel graph was basically symmetric, Z=7.48(P<0.00001)and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Application of predictive nursing senile dementia in China is worthy of clinical promotion. Key words: Aged; Dementia; Alzheimer's disease; Predictive nursing; Meta analysis
