Abstract

How can the collaboration between practitioners and academics contribute to generating knowledge used in the development of new organizational practices? By distinguishing a specific collaborative “Ba,” we account for the reflexivity generated and the interactions of differentiated knowledge conducive to the creation of new organizational knowledge and practices.
