Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bentuk-bentuk komunikasi lingkungan yang diterapkan pada proses pelatihan ecoprint oleh brand The Daunan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran melestarikan lingkungan bagi para pesertanya. Komunikasi berlangsung antara mentor atau pelatih sebagai komunikator dan peserta pelatihan yang terdiri dari guru dan pelajar sebagai komunikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan perolehan data melalui observasi langsung di tempat pelatihan ecoprint dan wawancara mendalam baik dengan mentor atau pelatih maupun dengan peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ecoprint brand The Daunan bukan hanya agar peserta mampu memproduksi sendiri karya ecoprint, akan tetapi juga mengedukasi peserta tentang pentingnya menjaga keharmonisan alam baik pada pra produksi, produksi, maupun pasca produksi.
 
 This research aims to describe the forms of environmental communication applied in the ecoprint training process by The Daunan brand to raise awareness of preserving the environment for its participants. Communication takes place between the mentor or trainer as the communicator and the training participants consisting of teachers and students as the communicants. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by obtaining data through direct observation at the ecoprint training site and in-depth interviews with both mentors or trainers and with training participants. The research results show that The Daunan brand ecoprint training not only enables participants to produce their own ecoprint works, but also educates participants about the importance of maintaining natural harmony both in pre-production, production and post-production.
