Abstract

Objective: to map the experience of the pandemic in relation to the mental health of teachers and students at UEMG- Divinópolis. Methods: It is a descriptive, quantitative and transversal study, carried out with professors and students linked to on-site courses offered by the State University of Minas Gerais – Divinópolis Unit. Conclusion: It is noted that the pandemic provided abundant changes within society, where individuals live in uncertainty about the future. Students and teachers demonstrate mental fatigue in the face of the new scenario, however, they managed to fit in with the online modality, having mostly positive the lived experience and without loss of academic performance.
