Abstract
As part of a comprehensive program to optimize the process of learning foreign languages were analyzed characteristics of mental efficiency in the process of learning a foreign language, which proves that the assessment of knowledge of a foreign language and mental efficiency associated direct and strong correlation. Good memory, logic level and constructive mentality if there is proper motivation and the organization of learning activities can, especially in the early stages of learning, to provide the activation activity as a consequence of increasing mental capacity.
